To the Herb River Bluff Homeowners,

First, the new HOA Board Directors would like to thank the homeowners for your trust in us and votes for us in the recent election. As a matter of answering some recent questions and in the spirit of transparency, the new HOA Directors would like to make you aware of some initial upcoming activities that we will be taking on.

Secondly, the elected HOA Directors will hold our first meeting on Wednesday, June 25th with the intent to do at a minimum the following:

• Vote on the Officer positions for each Director
• Identify the initial priorities which the new HOA Board will be focusing on
• Identify the initial Governing Processes the new HOA Board will establish including but not

       limited to:

• Processes to be used to gain homeowner input on issues
• Processes to be used to improve communication back to and keep homeowners informed.
• Processes to govern the financial activities of the new HOA Board
• Processes to bid, evaluate and select the maintenance providers for Herb River Bluff

Thirdly, we will also be meeting with Elite Coastal Management on July the 3rd , to begin the Boards due diligence on the previous HOA Boards processes, contracts, and other business items.

As we move forward, the new HOA Board is committed to improving our feedback to the homeowners on a timely basis, look forward to making the decisions that work best for our Herb River Bluff community, and again want to thank you for your trust in us to move our community forward.
